Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Glug account and the data associated with it. Glug is operated by Brisk Consulting Services LTD (trading as “Brisk Digital”), a company registered in the United Kingdom.
How to delete your account
From within the app (fastest):
- Open Glug.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and all associated data are erased immediately, and the deletion is permanent and irreversible.
If you can’t access the app:
Email support@glug.mobile from the address linked to your account (or include your account email). We will verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently erase:
- Profile information — sex, birth year, body weight, activity level, optional first name, daily goal, preferences (language, units, wake/sleep times)
- Drink logs — every drink you have recorded (type, amount, timestamp)
- Streak data — current streak, longest streak, freezes
- Reminder settings — mode, frequency, sound, bedtime window
- Custom drink types you created
- Referral data — your invite code and redemption records
- Account credentials — your email / sign-in record
After deletion, none of this data is retained on our servers.
What may be retained (and for how long)
- Purchase records held by Apple App Store or Google Play are managed by those platforms under their own policies and are not controlled by us. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store / Play Store account settings.
- We keep no backups of your personal data beyond the 30-day deletion window described above.
